Domestic & International Shipping Prices & Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (Within New Zealand):

 * Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch your order to our courier within a maximum of 10 business days after your order is placed. 

 * Delivery Time: For orders within New Zealand, we use an overnight courier service once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery from the dispatch date.

 * Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $299 NZD or more within New Zealand & Worldwide.

International Shipping (Outside of New Zealand):

 * Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch your order to our courier within a maximum of 10 business days after your order is placed.

 * Estimated Delivery Time: For international orders, please allow approximately 15 business days for delivery from the dispatch date. Please note that this is an estimate, and delivery times can vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local postal services.

 * Shipping Costs: Flat Rate of $35 NZD for most orders. Tracking number provided. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country. You will be able to view the shipping costs before completing your purchase.
